Four classes of three hours in one track, taught by people who build this for a living. Lunch on both days, the networking gathering, and a certificate of completion when you finish the four. And a room full of people working on the same problems you are.

AI subscriptions, API credits and accounts: you bring your own, and each track tells you exactly what it needs. Travel and accommodation are on you too. Everything else, lunch included, is on us.

Yes for most tracks, and we'd rather say it plainly than have you find out on day one. The workshops are 12 hours of hands-on work on your own account and your own keys. We don't bundle a plan into the ticket. Most attendees already have one or more subscriptions, and they'd end up paying twice for something they already have.

• Track 01, AI Engineer: API credits for Anthropic or OpenAI, about 10 USD for the two days. A chat plan (Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus) gives you no API key, so it won't do here.
• Track 02, Agentic Software Engineering: this track is for power users. Bring a Max-tier plan (Claude Max, Cursor Ultra or an equivalent with plenty of tokens for your tool of choice) and expect the agents to burn several million tokens over the two days. API keys work too, but at that volume a subscription gives you far more value for your money. You come to learn how to get the absolute most out of those tokens.
• Track 03, AI Architect & Consulting: a paid assistant (Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus or equivalent). You'll use it all day to analyse and draft; free tiers run out of context halfway through a class.
• Track 04, Applied AI for Business: free tiers are enough for the classes. A paid plan is a good idea if you want to keep building afterwards.

No. The four tracks run at the same time, and each ticket is for one of them. Pick the one that matches what you do; the Find your track page helps if you're between two.

Yes, free, while there are seats left in the track you want. Write to support@genaiworkshopfest.com with your order number and we'll move you.

A certificate of completion for your track, issued when you attend the four classes and hand in the four class artifacts. No exam. It's yours to add to your LinkedIn profile.

Yes, full amount, until 25 October 2026. After that date we refund only if we cancel the event, change the date or venue, or change your track's published program. The details are in the ticket terms of sale and the refund policy.

Yes, free, until 6 November 2026. Write to support@genaiworkshopfest.com with the order number and the new attendee's name and email.

Tracks 01 and 03 are close to final. Tracks 02 and 04 are still being refined by their directors. If your track's program changes after you buy, you can ask for a full refund.

English, all classes and all material. Teachers and attendees come from all over Europe.

A laptop you can install software on, set up the way your track asks before day one. We provide the room, projector, power and wifi, and we're around the day before if your setup needs a hand.

By email right after payment, with a QR code for check-in. Keep that email; it's your copy of the purchase.
